How we handle your details
Last updated 20 August 2026
This notice explains what happens to the information you give us when you join the Nueteam waiting list, why we ask for it, and what you can tell us to do with it. It's written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Codevlabs Ltd, a company registered in Malta, company registration number C 56438, registered office 2, Il-Wilga, Salvatore Borg Str., Bugibba, Malta. Nueteam is a product operated by Codevlabs Ltd.
For anything in this notice, including any request about your data, email privacy@nueteam.com.
2. What we collect
When you submit the waiting list form we receive:
| What | Why we ask |
|---|---|
| Your name and work email (required) | So we can reply to you and know who we're speaking to. |
| Company name (required) | To understand which business the request relates to. |
| Whether your people work away from a desk (required) | It tells us whether to lead with the desk portal, the field app, or both — same product. |
| Country, team size, industry (optional) | To plan which markets and company sizes we open to first. |
| What paperwork you want to replace (optional, free text) | So we can tell you what setting you up would actually involve. Please don't include personal details about other people here. |
| Your consent, and when you gave it | We have to be able to show that you agreed. |
| Which page you joined from | A hidden field on the form, so we know whether you came from the front door, the product page or the pricing page. |
| IP address, browser user agent, submission time | Collected automatically to block automated spam submissions. |
We use Google Analytics on this website to see which pages are visited and how people find us. It sets cookies. Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor for that. We do not use advertising networks, and we do not share waiting-list details with Google Analytics.
3. Our lawful basis for using it
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for everything you type into the form. You gave it by ticking the box, and you can withdraw it at any time — see section 6.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the IP address and browser details, so that we can keep the form from being abused by bots, and for Google Analytics, so we can see which pages are used. Our interest is running and improving the site; you can reject analytics cookies in your browser.
We use your details to contact you about early access to Nueteam and to prepare for that conversation. We do not send newsletters, and we do not use your details for any unrelated marketing.
4. Where it's stored and who can see it
Submissions are stored on infrastructure controlled by Codevlabs Ltd and hosted in the European Union, and are also delivered to us by email. Access is limited to the people at Codevlabs who deal with new customers.
We use Google Workspace to send and receive these emails. Our contract for it is with Google Ireland Limited, who act as our processor. Some of that processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Where it does, the transfer is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses; Google is additionally certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else for their own marketing.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your submission for as long as you are on the waiting list. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will, without needing a reason.
We also review the list once a year and delete entries we are no longer actively pursuing, so that we aren't holding details we have no use for. If you become a customer, a separate agreement and privacy notice will cover the data we hold for that relationship.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything that's wrong or incomplete;
- delete it;
- restrict what we do with it, or object to us using it;
- send it to you, or to someone else, in a portable format.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time. That doesn't make what we did beforehand unlawful, but we'll stop and delete your details.
7. Automated decisions
We don't make any decision about you by automated means, and we don't profile you. A person reads every submission.
8. If you're not happy with how we've handled it
Please tell us first — most things are quicker to fix directly. You also have the right to complain to Malta's supervisory authority at any time:
Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC)
Floor 2, Airways House, Triq il-Kbira, Tas-Sliema SLM 1549, Malta
Telephone +356 2328 7100 · idpc.info@idpc.org.mt
Complaints are filed through the IDPC's online form at
idpc.org.mt/file-a-complaint.
If you live in another EU or EEA country, you can complain to your own national data protection authority instead.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change how we use these details we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we still hold your details, we'll email you about it.
